- Servers (older generations) - 1 Year Advance Replacement RMA
During Warranty/Claims Process We Commit To:
- Provide all technical support necessary regarding your purchased product
- Send all replacement parts to you via Fedex Standard overnight at NO COST TO YOU
- Include prepaid Fedex shipping labels for product return at NO COST TO YOU

Completion of the information on this form will initiate the proper resources to solve your issues as quickly as possible. Please provide us your invoice number, part number, serial number, as well as any additional information which may be pertinent to your issue. Once this contact form has been filled out, it will initiate the resolution process and you will be contacted within 2 hours.
